| 2 versus 2 Ring Soccer |
| Soccer Centers and DTS will continue to bring you innovative ways to improve your soccer skills. We proudly introduce 2v2 ring soccer!! Soccer Centers/DTS is the only organization that offers you this fast paced, small sided training tool. Players will practice within an inflatable soccer ring where the emphasis will be on beating your direct opponent and using your team mate to create space. Besides footwork, quick decision making, give and go situations it will also work on your movement off the ball. | Power Shooting |
| The key to shooting with accuracy and power is teaching players the correct techniques to perform any type of kick. This class will go through the 7 basics steps in striking the ball correctly with both feet. The player will be taught how to understand to recgonize mistakes they are making and properly correct them. | PS 2 builds on what was learned on PS1. Game situations, high pressure finishes and positioning are taught. During the class the player will learn how to adjust his/her shot when the ball approaches from different angles. Ages U11-U13 or -- 3-4 years experience in soccer. | This class will teach the player the basic skills of back moves, passing moves and side moves under higher pressure. | A 2 hour class in which top level players will be challenged in the Dutch philosophy of constant movement with the ball. There will be quite a bit of emphasis on the tactical execution of positioning in small sided games. | Dutch Total Soccer GK Academy has developed a course system in which goalkeepers’ progress to meet certain standards. The system is set up for players that are committed to the position of goalkeeper full time. The Academy Training Program is set up in 3 stages, to ensure competitive training and to make sure goalkeepers reach their full potential; a goalkeeper can move up after he/she passes a course or at the discretion of our DTS GK Academy staff members. | Intermediate level, all ages. The DTS GK Academy Green is the first step in becoming a top level goalkeeper. Goalkeepers who enter the Blue level have had some experience with the position and have made the decision that this is the position they want to specialize in. The curriculum is based on the fundamentals of goalkeeping, it is important to lay a good foundation from which to continue your development. Goalkeepers will be instructed in catching, throwing, rolling, falling, jumping, timing and communication. Soccer Centers team training is based on the Dutch philosophy of coaching, which is, founded on the premise that the player's ball control and tactical development will receive top priority in training. Players will be constantly challenged to achieve individual and team goals. This unique training course is far beyond the static regimented training environment that most players experience today. Technical and tactical instruction will be conducted through the application of small-sided games so that players will experience a training environment that replicates the real game. Under the watchful eye of our Dutch trained coaching staff, players will begin to know WHAT to do, WHEN to do it and HOW to do it at the technical and tactical speed that is required in the modern game. Each training session is designed to help players achieve their maximum potential through progressive exercises that are age appropriate and individually and developmentally challenging.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why would I sign up for a training class?
During regular team training sessions a coach only has a limited amount of time to work on various team training needs. In most cases there is no or very limited individual attention. Our training classes offer very specific training needs for individual players, such as Power Shooting and Fast Footwork.
Can I register for any class?
Most of our classes are open to all level of players. Players will be placed by age and/or ability. All our DTS classes are open to advanced players. In order to register for one of these classes, you need to play at a flight 1 or higher level, or by approval of one of our DTS staff members.
What do I have to bring to these classes?
Athletic clothes, shinguards and cleats or flats. For our futsal classes you have to wear flats (no black soles please!)
What happens if I miss a class?
Due to limited space, unfortunately we cannot offer any make up classes.
Can I still register after a class has already started?
Yes, you can. Contact Soccer Centers for your pro rated fee.
How do I register for one of your training classes?
Go to training on our home pages and click on "Classes and schedules". Click on the type of class you want to register for and then click on "Show classes". Now click on "Show class schedule" followed by "Register for this class"
Soccer Centers does not permit any outside food or drink with the exception of plastic water bottles.
